**QUESTION FOR MULTISIM CIRCUIT EXPERT**

In the simulation above, my attempt is to have 300 V after T1 (green output) but there is only 100. then I have organised stages of voltage multipliers circuit after T1 in attempt to have 2000 V (at red output) but there is less at the final output.

What am I doing wrong for simulation? Transformer is 1200:8 ohm which means approx 1:12 ratio.

Solution

The figure shown in the link has eight diodes with capacitors, as they are acting as voltage multipliers. But the circuit in the MULTISIM has only seven diodes connected with capacitors. That may be causing the problems. Kindly recheck.
