Does equating status with authority cause confusion? Why or why not?

Solution

1)- no....... Because both is deferent...... Equating mean nurse are equal to doctor in the sense of respect

And authority encompasses the power, relative autonomy, intellectual and political influence and respect that we as professional nurse and accorded within health care system because we provide our distinctive service very well.

2)-give the leaving latter, talk about leaving the profession , replace your post etc.
