A homeowner has had a bridge designed for a stream crossing a privately owned road to their home. (They currently drive through the stream) The design is presented in the attached Sheets 1-5. You have just begun working as an assistant to the chief estimator for a construction firm that was asked to submit a proposal for the construction. The bridge to be built on a privately owned dead end road ¼ Mile in from a state road and within 10 miles of a city with adequate construction materials and equipment. All permits have been secured.
Owner will be away the months of May and June so there will be no traffic or temporary bridge requirements to deal with.
