Flow is proportinal to square root of differential pressure.
Flow rate varies with pressure difference of Head.
If difference is high flow will be less.
Efficiency of a centrifugal pump increses with increase in flow upto a certain level. That point/level is known as BEP. after that point increase in flow will result in decrease in efficiency.

from graph 1 we know relation between flow & efficiency.
increase in power input will result in increase in flow or discharge while increase in power output will result in increase in discharge upt BEP. after BEP increase in power output will result in decrease in discharge.
