For 2 Year the occurence rate = 2*0.01 = 0.02

P( X = 0 ) = e ^-0.02 * 0.02^0 / 0! = 0.9802

For 25 Year the occurence rate = 25*0.01 = 0.25
P( X = 1 ) = e ^-0.25 * 0.25^1 / 1! = 0.1947
P( X = 2 ) = e ^-0.25 * 0.25^2 / 2! = 0.0243

P( X = 1 or 2) = 0.1947+0.0243=0.219
