I am Poison Ivy, a resident of Gotham City. I have a propensity for plants and fell in love with Mathew Lewis who played Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter movies. After all, who can predict matters of the heart? I have abducted him during his recent visit to Gotham City. That meddlesome caped cruisader, Batman, is making his way through my hideout/greenhouse filled with plants. My plants are beautiful and thriving, but Batman is not -- plants ARE a better class of people. I provide my plants a similar atmosphere to that outside composed of nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and carbon dioxide. The perceent oxygen has not changed what might I have done that resulted in Batman becoming a vegetable fertilizer? Pick ALL that apply. there is more than one answer please

Solution

Plants require Nitrogen from soil in the form of fertilizer as they cannt obtain N2 directly from atmosphere. CO2 can be obtained from atmosphere. Plants actually don\'t require Argon. They require sufficient amounts of nitrogen, carbondioxide and water. Too much concentration of carbondioxide is also not encouraged. Plants grow healthy only when they are supplemented with required concentrations of nutrients. Therefore, options A, B and C are correct.
