A. The internal stakeholders are people or groups who are serving in the organization and are directly impacted by  

     the organizational activities and its well being - some of these are:

a. The Employees

b. The Management

c. Owners

d. Promoters / Investors

B. External stakeholders are groups who are directly not serving the organization but are affected by the organization\'s activity and well being - some of these are:

a. Shareholders

b. Suppliers and Contractors

c. Customers

d. Creditors

e. The Government

Most of the companies that I have worked for or am aware of, have the above features.
