1. From psychrometric chart the dew point corresponding to 18 ^o C and 50 % RH is 7.5 ^oC

Beer is served at 7 ^o C. Hence dew will form since serving temperature is lower than dew point.

2. Again from psychrometric chart at 10 ^o C DBT if dew is to form at 7 ^o C the RH needs to be greater than 68 %.

Hence in Morgantown at the time the beer was served the RH was more than 70 % at DBT 10 ^o C
