a). The prevalence of diabetes is found to be different in different groups of people. In United states, the prevalence is more in case of Hispanic Americans that that of the White Americans or black population. Also, African Americans have higher incidence than the white Americans.

b). African Americans are at higher risk of developing heart diseases than any other population, about 3/4th of the population develop high blood pressure after 40 years of age. Their health access is very less and do not visit a physician for regular checkup. Means they are less likely to take any preventive medicines, which increases the risk of developing high blood pressure and lethal heart problems.

c). As per the health statistics, Asian Americans are less prone to diabetes and hypertension.

d). Pacific Islanders are at higher risk of developing type 1 diabetes.
