Answer 1: When staining a thick smear made from uneven cell suspension then it will be difficult to see any bacteria bacause due to overlapping between cell staining is not proper therefore, proper reading of gram bacteria is difficult.

Answer 2: On using old gram crystal violet prepration containing crystalized dye then dye would not properly penetrate the membrane.

Answer 3: On using aqueous crystal violet in place of gram crystal violet then dyes would not deposited,it just washed off.
