For example child marriage is not wrong in many tribal cultures in Asia. It is a way of life, and conforms to their moral norms. However, most of the societies in the world view child marriage as an evil and immoral practice.

The one criticism of this outlook is that while the moral practices of societies may differ, the fundamental moral principles underlying these practices do not. The principles are the same, only the application differs from one society to the other.
