P(4 fem , 1 male) = (8C4 * 7C1) / (15C5 = 490 / 3003

P(5 fem , 0 male) = 8C5 / 15C5 = 56 / 3003

P(atleast 4 females) = 490/3003 + 56/3003 = 546/3003 ---> 2/11
