As per ACI 301 -10

allowable percentage of three SCM are

1) Fly Ash : 15 to 25%

2) Ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBFS) : 25 and 65% depends on cementitious activity of slag cement and properties required in concrete.

3) Silica fume : 5 to 15% of the mass of cementitious material.
