For the second figure which is in the right with circle with two tangent lines on both sides denotes cylindricity that this figure has the cylindricity of 0.005.Cylindricity describes how close an object conforms to a true cylinder.Cylindricity is a 3 dimensional tolerance.
Cylindricity is more restrictive than circularity beacause cylindricity controls the overall form of a cylindrical feature to ensure that it is round enough and straight enough along the axis.
