Calculate the pI of the dipeptide L-Asp-L-His. Show your work.

I am having trouble laying out the chart to be able to solve the problem. Can someone please help?!

which are leucine-asparagine-leucine-histidine

we know that PI of leucine is 5.98 asparagine is 5.41 histidine is7.59

so taking the average of the 4 aminoacids we get the PI of required protein

the PI of dipeptide is 6.24
