Solution

From the plan, considering total plot.

1)FOR PROPER DRAINAGE:-

Highest contour level- 6m.

Lowest contour level- 1.2m

So total 4.8m of level difference is available. And also the contours are continously decreasing in nature which indicates a slope and there is no sudden increase anywhere between. So drainage is not a problem for this case and topography of the plot itself ensures the drainage towards the street.

The blue coloured line indicates an indicative direction of drainage flow.

2)FOR PROPER ACCESS:-

Now, For proper access purpose the given path shown in shaded black will cause discomfort because it has to cRoss steep slope but it goes nearly straight from street at 2.4m Elevation to the entrance of House at Elevation 3m. So to reduce this discomfort we have to choose such path which follows a meandering path increasing overall length of path which will result in grater comfort. Path in shaded red shows a suggested path to be followed.

This path also conforms no loss to any vegetation.
