Solution

I have opt e- commerce

New economy, new tools, new rules.  Few concepts have revolutionized business for e-commerce.  Previously i owned and running normal business, i tried to change  as e- commerce, it gives some problem to me,

Speed of Service :Everybody know machine works speed, I have to give my service with machine speeds it is impossible though, now only i am entering for this e-commerce field.  For example, customer 100 orders per day, machine takes within 1  hours  to take a order but once order received from my side, goods should be properly parcel and dispatched to concerned customers.  If Order delayed, and order converted into cancel.   

Resolution for this problem:

I should recruit more employees in dispatched line.

System knowledge:

Once i have started this business i come to know  about system knowledge as well as system upgrade is very important, I don’t know huge ideas about both.

Resolution for this problem:

I  have  to start  learn about system knowledge and system upgrade within reasonable time.

Hacking:

This is biggest problem, few months before i come to face hacking problem, I lost some data from my system.

Resolution for this problem:

Priority giving for system network and  thought to put some experienced employees for this network.

Product information:

Internet sales it is not normal sales, customers can’t seen the product in original, they seen in image itself, pr

oduct  dispatched,  customers received the goods and making call for me, the product which i was ordered it is not same in color, and quantity etc.

Resolution for this problem:

All the product information will be attached to the image product.
