1.Rb open.Then there is no base signal. the transistor remains off
Hence there is no collector current so Vc=Vcc=15 volts,
And Ib=0,Rb is open so Vb=0Volts.
2. Transistor is blown open.I.e.Ib=Ic=0 amps
therefore,Vb=Vc=15volts
