Explain why FWD cars have the front tire wear out faster, and similarly RWD wears out rear faster.

Solution

In FWD cars front tire wear out faster because all the steering action is done by front wheel , and also in most of the cars engine is placed on the front , this increases the load on front tire , and in front wheel drive all acceleration and deceleration is done by front wheel ,due to all above reasons in fwd front tier wear out faster.

In RWD while steering is done by front wheel , but engine acceleration and deceleration is handle by rear wheels , and also rear wheel drive cars accelerate faster than fwd from a stop , and due to quick acceleration of car weight of the car transfer to rear of the car , due to above reasons in rwd rear tire wear out faster.
