When you send PTH data to the LEDs, The LEDs to change \"instantly\" when you change the DIP switches. Does it really change instantly from the perspective of the HCSIZ? Why or why not?

Solution

When ever we send some data to the LED s , by changing the DIP switch it appears to change instantly because the DIP switch is a dual in line package switch that is used on printed circuit board. The DIP switch with sliding lever will make and break the circuit and during the course the LED s appear to change instantly but not because of the PTH data given.
