pyrimidine dimers from cytosine or thymine since there are two thymine together just once in sequence so it forms one dimer also if it asks about complimentary sequence in chromosome then GG will also pair with CC and that can also form a cytosine dimer .... so if only in given sequence then 1 dimer and if this sequence + its complimentary then 2 dimers one from thymine pair and one from cytosine pair
