Alright note the distance formula:
d=(x2+y2) = Dw= (-72+32)=(49+9)=58
tan = Vx/Vy => = tan-1(-7/3) = 22.267 degrees above the x-axis in the second quadrant or
180 -22.267 =157.733 + 100 = 257.733 which is in the third quadrant
Then Vy=Dwsin = 58sin(257.733)= -7.44
Vx = Dwcos = 58cos(257.733) = -1.618
