Solution

X2 in normal case doesnot produce Ruthless character. Hence Borte has kind nature. In two separate individuals , (Gengis and Borte\'s parents )When X2 is mutated to X3 it causes ruthless and when Borte and Gengis married it produces Ruthless character again in Lil miss Gengis. So the Ruthless character should be heterozygous in Borte and she appeared normal . So upon marriage with Gengis it got exposed in lil Gengis. From the RFLP results it is clear that Borte is heterozygous carrying many bands and Gengis has less bands ie it must be homozygous. Here it must be recessive. So must be Lil Gengis as her father , homozygous recessive with less bands.
