1. What is the primary purpose of the article and identify and discuss the specific data used in the article that supports the primary purpose. You may clip copies of figures and tables to include in the summary. And discuss the major implication(s) of the research and why you think it is important.
2. Finally, describe (with some detail) additional research that you think needs to be accomplished to extend the findings of the paper, and state why you think it is important.
Solution
1.
Primary purpose of the article is evaluation of new antibiotics which kills pathogens without noticeable resistance. In this that’s are reports new antibiotic that is teixobactin, revealed in a screen of uncultured bacteria. Teixobactin inhibits synthesis of cell wall by interacting to a highly conserved motif of lipid II (precursor of peptidoglycan) and lipid III (precursor of cell wall teichoic acid) and did not get any mutants of Staphylococcus aureus / Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistant to teixobactin.
This research is important because about 99% of all species in external environments are uncultured i.e; do not grow under laboratory conditions, and are a promising source of new antibiotic so ,that researcher are report the finding of a new cell wall inhibitor, teixobactin, from a screen of uncultured bacteria grown in diffusion chambers in situ.

2. Finally, describe (with some detail) additional research that you think needs to be accomplished to extend the findings of the paper, and important of the reserch paper show in above and paper link is also add
