RLNC stands for Reliable Linear Network Coding which can do

Consider the problem of not connected to the internet through mobile phone ... Here we check strength of the signal but in some sense internet is broader than what we think and at some where and some how data is strucked this is called network complexity.

How code packets are made: for example data packets 1 and 2 we have to send then

code packet 1 = randomNumber 1 * datapacket1+randomNumber 2*datapacket2

code packet 2 =randomNumber 1 * datapacket1+randomNumber 2*datapacket2

and these randomNumbers are sent to receiver.
