Solution

Homoplasy:- In this term the feature of two different organisms found similar even they have different anacestor beacuse they evolved in similar way.(It is cladiastic term of Covergent Evolution)

(Cladiastic means the comparisn of species based on most recent common ancestor not on distant ancestor)

Convergent evolution TWO different species having different ancestor shows the same physical features beacuse of change in enviornmental conditions. This evolution occur in organisms to adapt in those enviornmental conditions.

Example:- Animals given below have long proboscis beacuse of their adaptation to ants eating.

1.Giant Anteater of South America

2. Giant Pangolin of Africa

3. Spiny Anteater (echidna) of Oceania

All three animlas don\'t have similiar ancestor.
