1. Ellectric potential can never be zero between the two charges since one charge is postivie and other is negative. so in between these two charge would not be zero as both electric potetnial would add up.
2. Ptential energy would be = KQ1Q2/r = 9*10^9 * 2*10^-6 * 5 *10^-6/.8 = .1125 J
3.It would be towards right since q1 will repel and q2 would attract.
