I). The 3T3 cell lines is a standard fibroblast cell line established in 1962 by Todaro and Green (Department of pathology, New York City). The cell culture is grown in the DMEM (Dulbecco\'s modied Eagle\'s medium) supplemented with the glutamine (2 mM) and calf serum (10%). For preservation, the growth medium is supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
