Please help me in this

According to Nyquist theorem The sampling frequency should be at least twice the highest frequency contained in the signal.
the given sapling frequency is 1kHz
1)therefore the possible signals that could be collected are 1Hz, 100Hz, 300Hz, 500Hz.

2)the maximum cut off frequency would be half of the sampling frequency ,that is 500Hz
