The graph is not appropriate. A boxplot is a convenient way of graphically depicting groups of numerical data through their quartiles. The above graph is not giving us information about the descriptive statistics of Eye color with the categorization in Hair color. It means that take only guys who have \"blond\" hair color, then 25 % of the guys will have eye color=3(assuming it to be true) and median will be 3.5 which is not color at all. So this is absurd.

it cannot give us any finding about the relation between Hair Color and Eye color. Also, Box plot of this type are not used fot correlating two varibales. It might be the case that two different box plot are given for two variables but not the same one using the same boxes.
