Please show me how to work it out to find the equation

Endpoints of major axis is at (-8,0) and (8,0)

a = 8; a^2 = 64

Now c^2 = a^2 -b^2

(4)^2 = 64 -b^2

b^2 = 48

Standard Equation of ellipse: x^2/a^2 + y^2/b^2 =1

x^2/64 +y^2/48 = 1
