apply nodal analysis at node v3.

(v3/40)+4=0

v3=-160 volts.

v1=v3+100=-60 volts.

v2=60+v1=0 volts.

power supplied by 4A source=4*(v3-v2)=4*-160=-640 watts.

power supplied by 5A source=5*v1=-60*5=-300 watts.
