Healthcare organizations are, by definition, in the community. Healthcare leaders should be of the community. What are some ways you – as an individual healthcare executive – can contribute to the community beyond the boundaries of your organization?

Responsibility of the Health care executive towards the community is multifaceted. Regardless of their occupational behavior and ownership complications, each health care executive should take the lead in serving the community for a better and healthier living.
