Solution

Each coming request is placed in the sorted queue and the repective read or write queue depending on type of request. Now each request has a expiration time and which is different for read and write request. Normally scheduler pocs requests from Sorted queue and once the request is full filled it is removed from its respective read or write queue. But if the request at the head of read or write queue has passed its expiration time then that request plus some more requests are dispatched and are deleted from the sorted queue.
