What are the answers to the question Find sinx2 cosx2 and ta

What are the answers to the question?

Find sin(x/2), cos(x/2), and tan(x/2) from the given information. tan (x) = 2 squareroot 6, 0 degree

Solution

tan x=2sqrt6

opposite=2sqrt6 and adjacent=1

therefore hypotenuse= sqrt(2sqrt6^2+1^2)=5

Cos x= adjacent/hypotenuse= 1/5

cos(x/2)= sqrt(1+cosx)/2= sqrt(1+1/5)/2= sqrt6/10=sqrt3/5

sin(x/2)= sqrt(1-cosx)/2= sqrt(1-1/5)/2= sqrt(4/10)=sqrt2/5

tan(x/2)= (1-cosx)/sinx=1-sqrt(3/5)/sqrt2/5= sqrt(5/2)(1- sqrt(3/5))

What are the answers to the question? Find sin(x/2), cos(x/2), and tan(x/2) from the given information. tan (x) = 2 squareroot 6, 0 degree Solutiontan x=2sqrt6
