Get the below eqn in (x-a)2+(y-b)^2 =z2 form, where (a,b) is center and z is radius

x2 2x + y2 6y = 26

x2 2x +1+ y2 6y+9 = 26+10

(x2 2x +1)+ (y2 6y+9 )= 26+10

(x2 2x +1)+ (y2 6y+9 )= 36

(x-1)2 +(y-3)2 = 6^2

Center is (1,3) with radius 6
