The resistance of the circuit is only the internal resistance of the battery as the resistance of the coil is 0

as the net resistance is found above we can calculate the current in the circuit, using the equation:

I = V/R

where V = emf of the battery

R = total resistance of the circuit

From the current we can find out the magnetic dipole momnent using the equation

u = I*A*N

where A = area of the coil

N = number of turns of the coil

So, we can find out:

1) resistance in the circuit

2) current in the circuit

3) magnetic dipole momenet of the coil
