Pipes produced by our company are supposed to be uniformly d

Pipes produced by our company are supposed to be uniformly distributed in length from 10 to 10.57 feet, with a stnadard deviation of 0.16454 feet. If this is true and we take a sample of 50 pipes, what should the 95% Confidence interval be on the mean?

a) (9.954 ; 10.046)

b) (10.000 ; 10.570)

c) (10.120 ; 10.450)

d) (10.239 ; 10.331)

e) (9.963 ; 10.046)

So d) shoud be the correct answer, I have an idea of how to get here and I understand there is a way to solve this without figureing out what the mean actually is.

HOWEVER could you show me how to solve this ether with a caluclator or solving it out.

Thanks!
