a) How much of a battery’s charge is discharged by a current of 0.33C in 1 hr? b) How long can the fully charged battery bank carry the BTS load to reach a %DOD of 60% ?

c) The battery bank requires charging at 0.2C. What is the total load on the generator during bulk charging? Use 50VDC as the voltage during battery charge for this calculation

(c) Dc supply = 50V

battery bank requires charging 0.2C

Q = 0.2C

V=QC

C = V/Q

C=50/0.2 = 250F
