There is a new antibiotic that targets a protein in the bacterial cell wall (which mammals don’t have). Do you think it is it safe for humans? Explain why or why not.

antiobiotic is drug which meant to kill pathogens like bacteria in treatment of diseases. when drug administer into organism the drug must have able to kill pathogens and spares non pathogenic cell( healthy cells). it is acheived by mainly acts on certains targets in bacteria which blocks the necessary requirements for survical of bacteria.( protein syntheis, cell division, cell wall). cell wall in mammals and bacteria ha shown some structural diffrence for example pencillins inhibit cell wall synthesis in bacteria thereby killing them but it does not effcet cell wall of humans. so it is considered as safe for humans
