amount to be paid at end of 7 yrs = p+p*5*7/100

as the level installments are paid at the end of each year ,

hence the remaining principal at the end of 4 yrs = p/3 + p*5*7/300

given remaining principal = 5000 $

equating above both and solving for p,we will get
