What two kinds of secondary bonds hold polymer chains togeth

What two kinds of secondary bonds hold polymer chains together? Which is stronger?

Solution

there are three kinds of secondary forces in polymers

1. Polar

2. Hydrogen Bond

3. Non Polar

Out of these three polar bond is more strong because these bond are formed between a electronegative atom such as oxygen, fluorine and positive atoms like hydrogen and carbon. This bond has characteristics of Ionic bond and hence it is stronger.
