values are people\'s aspirations of how things are done in their communities. this represents the differences in requirements and expectations of employees or people who belong to different countries and different nations. the cultural values are different in world wide, they are not same. and the values are changes based on the time, and place. they are not constant. a simple example is in olden days women are only restricted to kitchen and allows work for only family in India. but now the situation has been completely changed and they are playing a vital roles in present job world.
