x^2 = 0 , ( x^2 + 8x + 3 ) = 0

x^2 + 8x + 3 = 0

solving the quadratic equation

x = { - 8 + - sqrt ( 8^2 - 12 ) } / 2

x = - 4 + - sqrt (13 )

therefore, zeros of the function are
