Decide if you think that the legal minimum drinking age should remain 21 years old or if it should be lowered to 18. Make sure you give specific reasons/examples from our readings in order to support your claim.   

Solution

it should remain 21 because:
1. the brain does not fully develop until at least 21.

2. the longer we can delay alcohol use, the better the chance that a person will never have a problem with alcohol.

3.the policy does work, preventing “low-hanging fruit.”
