Your customer is a hospital that wants to upgrade their LAN. Develop a questionnaire to gather requirements from users, hospital management and staff. What kinds of questions would you ask to better understand their environment? Given a MTBCF requirement of 8000 hours and a MTTR requirement of 4 hours, calculate an availability requirement.

on the other hand for application set 2 application set 3 the network with multi-tier performance is needed as it needs to available almost all the time(reliability is more than 99%).

1. How many rooms needs to be connected?
2. Maximum how many device a room has?
3. What are the different types of devices is being used?
4. How much reliable connection those devices needs?
5. How much area needs to covered by the Lan?
6. What kind of work they do? E.g if their activity includes transfering large files then probably a high speed lan would be better choice.
