I am trying to assign pins in quartus 130 for my assignment

I am trying to assign pins in quartus 13.0 for my assignment but when I go to pin planner it doesn\'t show Pin 1 and pin 83 that I need for two of my inputs.

pin 1 was ate Vcc

Pin 2 was at ground

one is supply

other is earthing

quartus 13 consist of 120 pins

are ALE units
