PLEASE WRITE AS A MEMO/EMAIL!!!!!!!! Assume you are the hotel manager of Miramar Hotel. The air conditioning has stopped functioning on one of the busiest and hottest weekends of the year. You need to explain the situation and what you are going to do (or have done) about it to three audiences: (1) Your guests, (2) Your co-workers who will be helping you solve the problem, and (3) Your boss, who will not be at the hotel on Monday.

(1) Dear guests,
We welcome you. We hope you must be enjoying your stay in our hotel and it will be a lifetime experience for you.
I seek your apology for non working of ACs as it was asudden technical problem but will be rectifed withn 24hours. By then arrangement for coolers has been done in your rooms and your rooms will be charged at par with non ac rooms for the day.Once again I apologise and ensure things will be rectified in next 24 hours. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
(2) Dear Colleagues,
As you all are aware that it is the busiest weekend of the year and we are expecting maximum number of guests. You also know that ACs of rooms are in non working conditions. All of you are requested to be polite with your customers and bear their frustration. Also make sure that you do your duty well especially the maintainence manager needs to ensure that ACs are repaired with next 16 hours so that we can keep our promise to our customers. Also we are offering additional services to them like candle light dinner, dancing nights and fun games after dinner. Please contribute your optimum in the same. Your cooperatin is of utmost importance.
(3) Dear Sir,
Ii is a pleasure to share with you that all hotel is fully booked for this weekend. But I am sorry to inform that our air conditioning has stopped working.We have put best of our efforts ot keep consumers satisfied and are ensuring that we can compensate this diiscomfort by providing some other sevices from our end. Maintainence department has been instructed ot take an immediate action.
A memo has been issued to person incharge of air conditioning. Strict action will be taken against him for his non negligence.
I apologise for the event and ensure you to put best of my efforts to keep guests happy and satisfied.
