case 1: the four may contain all the possible genotypes for a given specific gene. (such as \'AA\', \'Aa\' and \'aa\'). Or case 2: they may contain some genotypes (either 2 squirrels- \'AA\', 2 squirrels- \'aa\') If this is the case, the allele frequencies.

case 3: all of them may only a single genotype such as \'AA\'
