Solution

Maximum current in the circuit I=Vin/Z

where Z=sqrt(R^2+XC^2)=sqrt{1220^2+(1/(273*0.128*10^-6))^2} =28643.2 ohm

=>I =Vin/28643.2

Vout =I*R =Vin/28643.2 *1220 =0.0426Vin

=>Vout/Vin =0.0426
